Proudly We Hail honors those Americans who do display the nation’s banner properly and regularly. Recognition is in the form of a beautiful plaque specially designed for this purpose.


                                                   
Eligibility
Members of the Exchange Club of Alton observe individuals and businesses throughout our community that display the symbol of our nation, the Starts and Stripes, daily.  During a designated meeting, those individuals are recognized for their patriotism.  They are presented with a special plaque.
