Dave Bennett Award

The Dave Bennett Award is a $250.00 Scholarship award given at the discretion of the club members. It was named for a deceased member who was a retired Marine, Long time Khoury League Supporter, Husband, Father and long time member of the club.

He personified the ideas of SERVICE to your community, TEAMWORK as a life skill, and PERSISTENCE getting the job done. When a member finds these qualities in a graduating high school student they can sponsor him or her for the award. Rarely given, it is an award the club is proud to present.

The winner does not have to be a top scholar or athlete, but a great addition to their community, a good citizen of America, and a hard worker no matter what the task is.
